These Terms of Service relate to the services provided to you by check-iq.org (“Check IQ”) as of December 10, 2023.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use the Services (as defined below) in any way. The Services are offered to you conditional on your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Note: The section titled "Class Action Waiver" contains a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver. It affects your rights about how to resolve any dispute with check-iq.org.

All payments for fixed-fee packages on our platform must be made in full at the time of purchase as specified on the web application. For subscription-based services, billing will occur periodically as per the selected subscription terms.
Valid payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal, are necessary for all transactions. You are obliged to provide us with complete and accurate billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and payment method details. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process the payment as per the chosen package or subscription plan.
Your submission of a purchase order does not automatically imply our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Additionally, we may request further information to fulfill your order. Once your order is completed correctly, and we have authorized your payment method, we will proceed with processing your order.
4. Pricing
All prices for products and services, including taxes, are displayed in U.S. dollars. Be aware that your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees or other conversion fees. We are not responsible for such fees and cannot reimburse you for them. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit orders, reject any part of an order, or discontinue products and services without notice, even if your order has already been placed. Check IQ may offer promotional rates and features at its sole discretion. Prices and taxes may vary and are subject to change without notice.
5. Payment Methods
We accept various Payment Methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct bank withdrawals, and PayPal. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected Payment Method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes) to that Payment Method. If the Payment Method cannot be verified, is invalid, or not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
6. Chargeback Policy
A “chargeback” refers to the reversal of a charge placed on Check IQ through your Payment Method. If you initiate a chargeback after purchasing our products and services, we reserve the right to terminate these Terms and all pending transactions. Chargebacks deemed unnecessary can be considered theft and subject to prosecution. If you suspect fraudulent use of your Payment Method, contact us immediately for resolution.
By using this website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for amounts charged to your credit or debit card, or PayPal account. In case of a chargeback, we may recover the amount, along with any fees incurred, by recharging your payment method or employing a collection agency.
7. Refunds Policy
Except for specific circumstances outlined below, all sales are final due to the nature of our products and services. We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on subscription services, subject to specific terms. Please refer to our refund policy page for detailed information.
8. Error Handling
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product and service descriptions, pricing, or other information on our platform are error-free. In case of an error on the website, during order processing, or in the product or service delivered, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your order, or cancel the order and issue a refund. Your exclusive remedy in the event of such errors is to cancel your order and receive a refund for the incorrect items.

Check IQ reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after a fee change indicates your agreement to the new fees.
10. Service Availability and Site Access
Check IQ endeavors to ensure that our services are available around the clock; however, availability may be interrupted for maintenance or due to exceptional circumstances. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our site. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify our site or services without prior notice, and we will not be liable if our site is unavailable at any time or for any duration. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for access to our site and for informing others accessing our site through your connection of these terms and conditions.
